Directed giving - how you want your donation to be used

Giving for present needs. This is an unrestricted donation for use under the current operating budget.

Giving for planned improvements. This is an unrestricted donation to the Capital Improvement Fund (CIP) for planned improvements to the building and grounds.

Giving for a specific project. This is a targeted donation to buy a specific equipment, pay for a specific gardening project, etc. Funds donated for specific projects are tracked separately, but any remaining funds are added to the operating budget.

Giving for future needs. This is a donation specifically for the Endowment Fund. Money in the Endowment Fund is administered separately and only a certain percentage yearly is allowed to be withdrawn for operating budget use.

Sponsor a resident. This is a recurring donation to support a friend or relative who is living at Pyareo Home, who cannot pay fully for their stay.

Give to a Memorial Fund. This is a donation in remembrance of a specific resident who has passed away. It is a way for friends and relatives to express their love for that resident and their appreciation for the help and support that Pyareo Home provided.

Gift-in-kind. If you have an equipment or product that Pyareo Home needs, you can donate it, and we’ll give you a letter stating its actual value for tax purposes.
