  2. Can I come see my loved one?

At this time we are not accepting any guests or visitors. However, beginning the week of May 11th, we are allowing 30 minute blocks of time where your family can come and visit with your loved one. The restrictions are as follows:

    • All family members must remain in their vehicle during the entire visit

    • All family members must be wearing a face mask

    • Your loved one must remain 6’ from anyone in the vehicle

    • You must only come and visit during your scheduled block of time

  3. Can I drop items off?

Yes, you may drop items off for your loved ones. You must ONLY drop the items off at the front door. There is a black doorbell next to our door that you may press to alert the staff that someone has dropped an item off. You may NOT go to the slider door of their apartment. Please follow this order as it only negatively affects your loved ones. If they become exposed to someone that is not a staff member and wearing PPE, the resident must remain in isolation for 14 days to their room.

  4. Can I take my loved one out now that the state is reopening?

Unfortunately, you may not. Although parts of the state will begin to open, your loved one still remains at high risk to this novel virus. If your loved ones goes out into the community, upon return they will have to be isolated to their apartments for 14 days. Any lifted restrictions will be alerted by our Administrator.

  5. Can I mail packages or letters to my loved one?
